See below a quick description about the position:

• Coaching and supporting suppliers to adopt a policy of ‘stop at first defect’ using the defect reporting and QRQC (or equivalent) system to record, analyse and resolve all issues
• Partnering with suppliers, aiding timely close out of actions and efficiency checks
• Provide communication of quality issues and updates (including 8Ds) and metrics within area of supplier QA through weekly and monthly reports/calls
• Maintain and manage supplier quality files/records – updating of all records to include quality issues, change of scope/approvals, visit results and corrective actions.
• Provide RCCA coaching and support to suppliers where required – aiding the compiling of 8Ds and ensuring robust solutions are implemented preventing recurrence of non conformity/deviation.
• Analysis of supplier Quality data
• Assist with management of QRQC System
• Provide timely and appropriate communication across all business interfaces
