Position – People Programme Lead (HR)
Type – Contract
Rate – Circa £46.29 per hour OR PAYE equivalent (DOE)
Duration – 12 Months +
Hours – Typically 38 hours per week
Determination – Inside IR35
Security – UK BPSS / SC Security Clearance 
Location – Devonport, Plymouth, UK / Remote
Start Date – ASAP ?

Location: Flexible but regular attendance at Devonport will be required
Duration: 12 months’ maternity leave cover

Who we’re looking for:

• Significant HR experience
• Full project lifecycle experience
• Experience of managing a portfolio of HR projects delivered by a variety of project managers and subject matter experts
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Application of core project management techniques
• Relevant experience in the successful delivery of HR change /improvement projects in a complex multi-site and multi-discipline environment

• A bachelor’s degree in HR / project management or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• A postgraduate qualification is also desirable, as is membership in a professional body. Key Technical
